CONFIRMATIONSWe make multiple points of contact for any unconfirmed appointments. If we do not have confirmation within 24hrs of your appointment time and have failed to make contact with you, we will cancel the unconfirmed appointment
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULINGCancellation and rescheduling your appointment requires at least 24 hours notice. If your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours from your appointment time, full payment is required. If it is rescheduled within this time a $50 deposit is required for your next booking which will not be credited if another rescheduling occurs.
LATE ARRIVALSWe understand that sometimes life happens and unexpected delays will make you late to your appointment. We work on set timings and one late client can put out our whole day. We will do our very best to accommodate still being able to look after you on the day with timing delays which may mean we need to alter or reduce the amount of services provided.
NO SHOWSIf you do not attend your appointment, we will charge the full amount of your services.
HEALTHIf you feel unwell, or you think you may be getting unwell, please reschedule immediately. Our 24 hr cancellation policy also applies to illnesses.
