A MESSAGE FROM US TO YOU REGARDING COVID 19 We always keep our salon to the highest hygienic standards. With the COVID19 (Corona) outbreak and flu season just around the corner, we thought we would share our cleaning standards and the extra measures we are taking to ensure the health and wellness of ourselves and our clients are maintained.
Our routine for sanitisation of salon and equipment: • We will continue disinfecting each station after every client.• We always use freshly laundered and disinfected capes and towels for every client.• The basin area are continually disinfected thoroughly after every client.• We now disinfect the eftpos terminal after every use. • Regular sanitising of high touch areas such as door knobs and benches.
Our personal hygiene measures and extra sanitisation for clients: • We wash our hands thoroughly and use hand sanitiser between clients.• Where possible, we will be keeping distance from other staff and clients.• Hand sanitiser is available for everyone to use as they enter the salon as well as being placed at each station for personal re sanitisation before enjoying beverages or snacks. We know there are so many important issues and plenty of priorities to focus on at the moment, but as a small business in uncertain times, we wanted to reach out and thank you for continuing to schedule bookings with us. We hope we can help distract from the nonstop coronavirus and Little Hair Nest will be a haven for you to relax in.
With that being said, as the nature of our job is in close contact we ask that if you are unwell or you have been in contact with someone that is unwell that you postpone your appointment for 7 days.We are also asking all our clients who have been in close contact with a confirmed Covid case to postpone their booking by 7 days. Below is a list of guidelines we require you to agree to when visiting our salon. By booking an appointment at Little Hair Nest, you are agreeing to follow all requirements and quidelines asked by any staff member of Little Hair Nest to ensure your health and safety and the health and safety of all our clients and our team is protected during your visit to our salon. • You agree to update personal details including home address on a private client profile • Everyone who enters the salon is to sanitise their hands upon arrival. • Do not to enter the salon if you are unwell or have COVID19 symptoms. We have the right to refuse service and insist that anyone with these symptoms leaves the premises. • Do not enter the salon if you have been in contact with someone who has Covid-19 within the past 7 days • You agree to adhere to social distancing put in place within our space.
